About this app

CipherDeck is a flashcard app built for people who take their learning and their privacy seriously. Every card you create is encrypted on your device before it ever leaves your phone — not even we can read your data.

Study smarter with built-in spaced repetition. CipherDeck uses the FSRS algorithm to show you cards at the optimal time for long-term retention, so you spend less time reviewing and more time learning.

Create and organize flashcards into decks. Add text to the front and back of each card, with optional images and supplemental notes.

Spaced repetition powered by FSRS. Cards are scheduled based on how well you know them. Difficult cards appear more often, while easy cards are spaced further apart.

End-to-end encryption. Your cards are encrypted with a password you choose before they leave your device. No one else can read your data — not even us.

Deck library. Browse a curated collection of ready-made decks on topics like world history, languages, philosophy, science, and more. Import any deck to start studying immediately.

AI deck generation. Describe a topic and let AI create a complete deck for you. Review and edit the generated cards before adding them to your collection.

Daily review reminders. Get a notification when you have cards due so you never miss a study session.

Import and export. Share decks as encrypted files or move your data between devices.

Biometric unlock. Use fingerprint or face recognition for quick access without retyping your password.
