Amazing service/ terrible because subscription based. I've been using my ticknote for about a week, and it has been so helpful, the issue is that is subscription based after a certain point I already paid $160 for the actual ticnote and now your telling me I have to pay a monthly and or yearly subscription just to use it, is terrible I don't have a job because I'm a uni student so I can't afford the monthly fee to even use it.

The device comes with a proprietary charger which means they couldn't bother to USB certify their device. I'm sorry but any device that comes with a proprietary charger that renders the device completely useless if it is lost will always get one star. Straight back into the box and back to Amazon.

run away now. the app is sound, but (just after taking out the annual subscription) the device broke. I've now returned a second one (broken on arrival) to Amazon... and the customer care from ticnote is non existent. pay more and go for a decent brand.
