Vale Saúde is a Vivo company that, through subscriptions, guarantees access to in-person and online medical consultations, laboratory and imaging exams, medications, vaccines, therapies, and dentistry, with discounts and quality.

We have a wide network of accredited providers: more than 3,000 clinics and laboratories and several partner pharmacy chains throughout Brazil, with up to 60% discount on medications.

We offer services in more than 60 medical specialties, such as general practitioners, cardiologists, pediatricians, gynecologists, psychologists, nutritionists, physiotherapists, among others.

We have no waiting periods or restrictions for pre-existing conditions or pregnancy. The prices are the same, regardless of age, whether for the policyholder or dependents.

Access the application with your CPF (Brazilian tax ID), mobile phone number, or email and password. If you don't remember your password, click "Forgot your password?" to reset it.

In "Request an appointment," you can request appointments for consultations, exams, and much more. Payment is made through the app, guaranteeing lower prices and greater speed on the day of service.
In the "Discount on medications" option, you can search for the nearest partner pharmacies, with up to 60% discount on medications.

In "My data," you can update your information whenever you need to.
In the "My card" button, access your virtual card to present at the service network and partner pharmacies.
