JD Express is the working tool of JDIGITAL's partner couriers, in Cameroon. It
cannot be used without an account: your access is issued to you by JDIGITAL when
you join the fleet.
YOUR DAY, IN THE APP
• Go online when you start, offline when you stop. You only receive jobs while
you are online — nobody can assign you one during your break.
• Get new jobs by notification, even with the screen off. You do not have to
keep the app open while you ride.
• See the pickup point, the drop-off point and the customer's name.
• Mark the job as picked up, then delivered. The customer follows the progress
on their side.
YOUR EARNINGS
• What each job earns you, in detail.
• The history of your payouts: what was paid to you, and when.
YOUR LOCATION
Your location is only recorded while you are ONLINE. It serves two purposes:
offering you the jobs closest to you, and showing the customer where their
delivery has got to. As soon as you go offline, the recording stops.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You can delete your account from within the app, without writing to anyone. Your
name, phone number, e-mail and last known location are erased. Jobs and payouts
are kept without your name: they are the records proving what you were paid.

JD Market (retail) and JD Immo (stays).
