About this app
JD Immo is the tool for JDIGITAL's partner owners, residences, and hotels in Cameroon. It is not intended for travelers: there are no listings to browse, and an account is provided by JDIGITAL to each property.
WHAT YOU CAN DO HERE
• Occupancy calendar — who's arriving, who's departing, and which rooms are available.
• Reservations — create, accept, mark arrivals and departures, and cancel with the applicable refund policy.
• Payments — cash, MTN and Orange Mobile Money. Each payment is linked to a stay.
• Security deposits — what's being held, what's being returned, and what's still owed.
• Expenses — cash outflows, tracked against receipts.
• Daily overview — receipts, net income, and security deposits held, all at a glance.
• Accommodations and rates — prices, services, required security deposits, and minimum night stays.
ONE TEAM, SEPARATE RIGHTS
A hotel isn't run by just one person. The receptionist handles the payments, the housekeeper sees the calendar and nothing else, the accountant reads the receipts without touching the cash register, and the manager sets the prices. Each person has their own account, their own screens.
THE TRAVELER DOESN'T NEED TO INSTALL ANYTHING
You send them a link: they see their reservation, pay if they wish, and receive their receipt. No application is required on their end.
FRENCH, ENGLISH, AND PIDGIN
The entire application is available in all three languages.
AMOUNT RATES IN CFA FRANCS
Prices, deposits, and refunds are processed in CFA francs.
