Very slow procedures, unified no. they wait up to 6 or 7 minutes to answer keeping u on wait. After z accident i did not know what to do. Needs a lot of effort and time loss just to figure out what is happening. The steps are not clear on the app or web site. I had to take vaction from my work to go to Dammam office to find out what is going on. Even though they had to search for half an hour to figure out what is going on. I do not recommend this company to any one at all.

Very bad service. It has been almost a month since my car accident, yet there is still no proper update or resolution. There is no clarity in the mobile application, and visiting the company’s office was completely useless, as no assistance was provided. I do not understand how such poor-quality insurance services are allowed to operate. I strongly recommend that the Insurance Authority take strict action against this insurance company.

App looks like it was made in 2007 by the hands of 2 programming graduates with 0 UX/UI knowledge as their graduation project. Horrible app in every aspect, over complication of every simple task, full of bugs and take forever to register. Edit: MFers built the app on a useless firmware called appian, it is like a compitation for them to give the cheapest and most useless experience for their customers. Edit2: Even password reset does not work! unable login due active sessions while no session!
