that is buggy useless app.. 2 weeks to submit reimbursement request and extreme difficulty to attach the files and every week i receive a message that need to re upload same file!! and the call center is helpless and no other way to send the files except for the useless app!

App is unpolished. horrible color theme and an even worse Dark mode. bad notification systems showing false notification and policy updates are poorly reflecting where you won't know that your policy is schedule to renew (You have to wait for it to expire a couple days before it gets reflected in the app).

Terrible Experience—App and Support Both Fail, I am giving the worst possible rating to Tawuniya’s app. The experience has been extremely frustrating. App Does Not Work: The app constantly asks to be upgraded and never loads properly. Whether I try to upload documents through the app or the website, I get redirected back to the malfunctioning app. The upload feature simply does not work. No Customer Support: There is no reliable customer support. The chat support is unavailable,
