One of the worst app I have seen. The basic necessity of documents uploading is not working. Showing tab as upload but while click it had has no response. On the second page edit button upon click it goes to the previous page. Totally waste applications don't expect such application from one of the reputed insurance firms.

that is buggy useless app.. 2 weeks to submit reimbursement request and extreme difficulty to attach the files and every week i receive a message that need to re upload same file!! and the call center is helpless and no other way to send the files except for the useless app!

very disturbing every time i put my claim after calling their help line they ask me to use their app to put claim .. this app closes or just show searching after all procedure done and every document submitted .. every time it crashed ..most useless app ever and most useless service ever
