worst insurance company ever i seen.they are liars ,I canceld my car insurance and they send me message cancellation approved and money will transfer in 3 days. I am waiting since 15 days and they are closing complaints that issue resolved and its still not resolved I did not get money and they close complaint. in text message they mention 3 working days when ask customer care they say 10 working days and even after 10 days still not resolved now more than 2 weeks.they dont even answer.

The app interface is too busy. They are trying to cramp everything into a single page which makes the experience and feel of it lacking. It feels more like a website squeezed to fit into an app. Also, though on the app, it suggests that you to download the app to rennew policy.

"I am extremely disappointed with the Tawuniya Vitality app. Despite walking over 10,000 steps every day and having my Google Fit and Fitbit accounts successfully linked, the app consistently shows under 7000 steps. I have tried clearing the app and reconnecting multiple times, but the sync issue persists.
