App is unpolished. horrible color theme and an even worse Dark mode. bad notification systems showing false notification and policy updates are poorly reflecting where you won't know that your policy is schedule to renew (You have to wait for it to expire a couple days before it gets reflected in the app).

Terrible Experience—App and Support Both Fail, I am giving the worst possible rating to Tawuniya’s app. The experience has been extremely frustrating. App Does Not Work: The app constantly asks to be upgraded and never loads properly. Whether I try to upload documents through the app or the website, I get redirected back to the malfunctioning app. The upload feature simply does not work. No Customer Support: There is no reliable customer support. The chat support is unavailable,

Always shutting down, and not designed to help user to find the service he required, focusing only on pushing ur products and gaining new customers. also, ur customers service is a joke, when asked for help with app issues and the service im looking for, it just forward me a link to download this defective app.
