This app has to be the worst one, I've ever used. Every time I have to use it, I have to login, enabling biometric login is supposed to make the process of logging in easier, but that doesn't work either. I have to input my ID, and then the OTP, EVERY TIME I USE IT.

Worst assurance company and doctors which I meet ever. Only take money but not offer services. Even cover tests they don't approve. add more Please change app developer. App is full of bugs. examples: 1. Chose claim amount in Eur but still show in SAR 2. Renew customize policy, fill all required fields and when press proceed come error message that missing data in mandatory fields. 3. Also e-mail address where claim apps is not working.

I strongly advise against insuring your car with Tawuniya. My experience has been extremely disappointing. They reject almost every claim without proper explanation, and their process is unclear and frustrating. They are tied up with Auto Hub, and unfortunately, the service there has been just as poor. I have been struggling for 35 days just to get my side-view mirror replaced. No one follows up, no one explains the procedure, and there is zero accountability. Based on my experience, rating 0
