Frustrated with my experience today. App seemed to have a delayed temperature report which wrecked a special Olive fed Wagyu Ribeye. I pulled it at 125F from a 350 degree oven into 73 degree ambient room temperature. The temperature continued to rise to 135 so I wrapped it tightly and tossed it into the fridge to minimize further rise. The temperature continued to rise to 144 degrees. Either physics is broken, or the app. History icon is also unresponsive. April 8th v1.61 on Pixel 9 Pro XL

does not format screen properly and can't push buttons on top and bottom. also I cant seem to figure out how to change the cook to smoker

Would really like to be able to set my own temperature so I can have an alarm go off when I want it instead of having to use the generic temperatures given. Pulled pork needs to go to 193 and the most i can set an alarm for is 175. Seems to work fine other than that so far though
