Very disappointing experience. My profile verification was fully approved, but my trading account was rejected without a clear reason. I believe the issue is related to having two accounts, yet no specific explanation was provided. Customer support only sent an automated response instead of helping resolve the problem. If multiple accounts are not allowed, users should be clearly informed and given a chance to fix the issue. Poor transparency and support.

its been 3mos now, my mentor was the one who did the trading. I cant access my account even I messaged the company and changed my password but by mentor were able to access my account.
