Software is not particularly well designed but works apart from the Bluetooth. You have to re-pair to the hardware pretty much every time you use it and it usually fails to pair about 4 times before it does finally pair.Beeline- hire someone who actually knows how to code for Bluetooth hardware.Users- Don't buy the hardware, this is a beta product at best. My phone works fine with other Bluetooth LE devices such as a Pebble smartwatch so its not my phones problem.
Saw these little things on YouTube and I just had to buy one. Perfect companion for an upcoming bicycle tour and getting to mates places without the stress of getting lost / missing turns. Installed the app and set it up super easily, couldn't be happier :) Cheers for an awesome product guys!
I was given a Beeline yesterday and worked out how to operate it, and then this afternoon it offered an update to the app. Since then it stops every time I open it! Please fix this, because it looks like a useful device. Edit: I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and the app is now working.
Tried it for the first time on my Samsung G6, screen wasn't responding so could not set up new waypoints. All I can say is, it is a good job I knew where I was. If I had to depend on this app to get me from A to B I would still be out there now. When it did work I would have to disagree with the direction it want to take me, it appears to have no awareness of where it is. Distance to destination is a but flakey, one minute I am 400Mt form my waypoint the next I am 4Km away. Very enthusiastic about this app and device initially, howe ver fails to deliver on many fronts
I have experienced some teething trouble with the app but the support I have received has been fantastic. Works a treat now. I didn't realise how much I needed a beeline. Can't be without it now. Thank you
Fixed a problem when saving routes. Thanks for the feedback, everyone!
