App is simple and easy to navigate. If selecting custom options, make sure to scroll down or double-check your previous selection as It seems to drop selections. When picking up your order, make sure to double-check that they have all the food selected. Sadly, our order had an issue where they completely missed a sandwich that was ordered. We called the restaurant, and the manager apologized and even offered to drive it out. Great customer service for the offer.

Horrible app. They go online June 1st 2022. This will cost them business as they faze out phone orders. You can't choose to eliminate items from salads like croutons or individual items. Hard to specify things like the kids meal available at the restraunt that has the scoop of ice cream and drinks. Theres no finalized comment section at check out to add any special tweaks. No usage of coupon cards from places like boyscouts that they endorse. The app needs work. Option to Pay at store?

Lost a long time customer! They stopped offering the family deal and that was my family's Friday family fun meal every Friday we ordered it for our family meeting! So sad. In a time where everything and everywhere else offers no relief from the rising prices and economic chaos, leatherbys was a safe haven. Not anymore. Everything is more expensive and they NEVER GOT OUR ORDER RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE. SPENT MUCH MONEY AND THEY ALWAYS FORGOT SOMETHING. BUT NOW THIS? ILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!
