I created the Busha account 3 days ago, I paid the 50 naira account linking fee from my kuda & up till now it's still showing pending. I have contacted the team members for support and till now nothing has been done. Honestly, this is giving a double mind about the app because I don't want to lose my money after depositing. This is not a good experience for a first timer. Do something about it or I will be forced to delete the Busha account/app by the end of today if this issue is not rectified!

this people have very bad, I mean very bad customer service. they took 12+ hours to respond after the first response and when I responded immediately after I am not getting any reply. mind you there are many apps that offer this service, but I decided to use this because of an ad with a podcast I like to listen too. it's so annoying when you need a response ASAP and the people are basically ignoring you. I'll probably delete it

This app is very frustrating they won't give out your money on time when you want to withdraw and when you want to swap from one crypto to another they we keep telling that you must have a minimum amount before you can place your withdrawal, if you have a complaint on it instead for resolve they we disabled your withdrawal but they disabled the deposit and ask you wait for 24 hours before you can continue using the app again. it is very frustrating I think the developers didn't do a great job
