I have never had the worst customer service experience in my life ,that is until busha customer service decided to spoil it with an ineffective ,unprofessional customer care service that only responded but don't work on the issue been complained of ,they just keep repeating the same phrase over and over ,spoke to up to 3 customer care personnel just repeating the same thing yet the problem is yet to be attended to ,over all worst exchange service experience

I created the Busha account 3 days ago, I paid the 50 naira account linking fee from my kuda & up till now it's still showing pending. I have contacted the team members for support and till now nothing has been done. Honestly, this is giving a double mind about the app because I don't want to lose my money after depositing. This is not a good experience for a first timer. Do something about it or I will be forced to delete the Busha account/app by the end of today if this issue is not rectified!

I’m a verified Busha user, but my USDT withdrawal was suddenly disabled for 23 hours even though my crypto account shows “Send: Unlimited.” I contacted support and was initially told to wait. After escalation, I was told my account is under a security review, but they cannot explain what triggered it or give me a timeframe for resolution. They assured me my funds are safe, but I still cannot access my own funds. Very frustrating.
