Ratings and reviews

after the activation the app just crashed when I open it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now it won't recognize my key words. I just want to cancel but you can't do it on their website.

Total scam. Did not discount first month, and service was spotty af, even in a major metroplex. Their switch error messages sound like a 12 yr old recorded them. App offers no way to disable autopay. Online assistance is nonexistent. The positive reviews are probably his friends from jr high class. EDIT: not even a week after this review and telling them to close my account, they attempted a third $99 charge... same month I just paid for. This guy is a common thief. Beware!
