PRONTOX is the Colombian delivery app.
Order food, groceries, and anything else you need from businesses in your city, with delivery drivers you can easily identify.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- See open businesses near you and their products with prices.
- Create your order and track it live to your door.
- Pay in cash upon delivery, or by transfer using the business's QR code (Nequi, Daviplata, and others).
- Chat with the business and your delivery driver while your order is in progress.
- Receive an audible alert when your delivery driver arrives at your address, so you can leave with peace of mind.
WHY PRONTOX?
Verified Businesses. Every business listed on PRONTOX has been registered with its real information before being allowed to sell.
Identified Delivery Drivers. The delivery driver who comes to your door confirms their identity with facial recognition before picking up your order. They're not just any stranger.
Clear Payments. You see the price of the products and the delivery fee separately before confirming. No hidden fees at the end.
Delivery verified. When you receive your order, delivery is confirmed with a code, so no one can mark something as delivered that didn't arrive.

IF YOU WANT TO DELIVER
You set your own terms: your minimum earnings per order, your delivery area, and the types of orders you want to receive. You'll only receive offers that meet your criteria, and each offer shows you your earnings before you decide. Accepting or declining doesn't affect your account.
