GAMIFICATION

Mechanics:
1. Each user gets a personalized self-monitoring plan adjusted to their lifestyle objectives and diseases (if any)
2. Each time you add a vital, follow your plan, or even read articles or answer quizzes, you will earn Elfie coins.
3. With those coins, you can claim amazing prizes (up to $2000 and more) or make donations to charities

Ethics:
1. In sickness and in health: each user, healthy or not, can earn the same amount of coins each month by completing their plan.
2. Medicated or not: users on medication don't earn more coins and we do not incentivize any type of medication. If you are medicated, we reward you for telling the truth equally: taking or skipping your medication will earn you the same amount of coins.
3. In good times and bad times: you will get the same amount of coins for entering a good vital or a bad one. What matters is that you keep monitoring your health.


DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

At Elfie, we are extremely serious with data protection and your privacy. As such, regardless of your country, we decided to implement the most strict policies from the European Union (GDPR), the United States (HIPAA), Singapore (PDPA), Brazil (LGPD) and Turkey (KVKK). We appointed an independent Data Privacy Officer and multiple data representatives to monitor our actions and protect your rights.

Elfie content is reviewed by doctors, nutritionists, researchers, and is endorsed by six medical associations.


NO MARKETING

We don't sell any products or services. We don't allow advertising either. Elfie is financially supported by employers, insurers, laboratories, hospitals to reduce the cost of chronic diseases on private and public healthcare systems.

you seem to have issues opening the app I use this app everyday. But occasionally, I can't open the app. when I click the app it goes to a white blank page. I thought there was something wrong with my phone. I realize now, it's your app that has issues. hope this can be fixed soon as possible.

I think this is an amazing app, and there are so many programs to choose from, and rewards you can redeem later on and I love how there are so many ways I can enter what food I'm eating whether it's through voice or I can even take a picture of it. and there's a lot more I have yet to discover in the app, would really recommend this to my family.

Good but need some improvement. The app seem to crash on my phone Honor Magic 6 pro. It just opens to a white screen with no progress and seems hang. Need to direct close a few times before it's successfully open again. I'm using Ottai CGM, would be good to integrate the data from this as well. Love the feature of loading my blood test results which worked perfectly. Great effort!
