First time round was OK but the new update is horrendous, actually it's an Embarrassment tbf, shouldn't have to use fb to log in there's no need for it. It could be a very successful abit if you it went back to being simple and yous worked on what pll have said doesn't work I.e. the messages
I've been using this app for a little over a year and I love it. The only issue I have encountered was some glitchiness with the chat, but besides the technical aspects of this dating app I have had nothing but good experiences. Feeld definitely attracts adventurous people looking to put aside the superficiality we deal with in today's society and genuinely connect with others. I have had a lot of straight forward communication with strangers who know exactly what they want and are not afraid to share. These numerous positive encounters have taught me so much about others as well as myself. Good job guys! Thanks for the hard work. I tell all my friends who are tired of popular dating apps about this.
The hard requirement of Facebook integration makes it incredibly difficult to work with. At the moment, it won't let me sign in unless I share friends. In the past, it's failed to find photos. App is generally buggy and half implemented. Also it appears to think the partner I told it about and I are joined at the hip, with no way to adjust visibility. That's weird for a poly dating app.
Same complaint as the others. Requires a Facebook login to even see what the app has to offer. I don't Facebook, so this app is worthless to me. Edit: logged in with a fake FB account, app requires monthly payment in order to hide your profile from people you know. How bloody silly is that?? Discretion, at a cost!
I had to get tech support involved to get my wife's profile switched to female. The "notifications" don't notify until you open the app. Test input doesn't recognize capitals and filling out ones profile is full of amateur errors. It asks for a reading of how much you like the app, only to not allow you to type in it. All of this for maybe a dozen people in my area who I'd wager are no longer active. Their solution, expand my criteria because apparently, women and couples within 80 miles isn't enough. It's sad because an functioning app like this is sorely needed but this still missed the mark by a long shot.
How is it that people's biggest complaint with Feeld 1.0 was the buggy chat system, and that it's STILL not working in the completely redesigned version 2.0?? There's something seriously wrong with the messaging system, which is pretty crippling for this type of app. Also, the redesign is a UI/UX nightmare!! I think if people are going to consider paying for this app, you will seriously need to reconsider the choices you're making as a developer.
