Ratings and reviews

Very disappointing experience with Fellow. Someone from our office was automatically added as a paid user without my authorization. This person doesn’t even attend our meetings. I only discovered it when I received the bill. I was told there is a setting that must be turned off to prevent automatic sign-ups. A paid seat should require clear authorization, not an obscure opt-out setting. Despite explaining this, Fellow has refused to reverse the charge.

Probably the most solid AI transcription platform available for users looking to have greater degrees of control over records, permissions assignment, and more complex delegation of controls. Generally pretty solid for a corporate/legal group. The support team is very responsive.

Great idea. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE mobile experience on Android. Finishing my trial period. Better in the browser version. Trying to decide if lack of good mobile UX is going to be a deal killer for me. It just does not load fast, it's choppy, you can not scroll through the meetings -- the touch interface thinks that everything you want to touch is something that should be opened immediately! I don't understand how in 2021 a mobile app for touchscreen phones does not function with touch.
