An optional one-year Premium plan removes advertising and unlocks additional controls, including custom session durations, custom cooldowns, continuous mode and expanded wellbeing features.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Your selected-app list, timers and screen-time information are stored locally on your device. WePause does not upload your app-usage history to its own servers or provide it to advertisers.
The free version uses Google advertising services, which may process limited device, interaction, diagnostic and approximate-location information according to your advertising choices and Google’s policies.
PERMISSIONS
WePause requires Android Usage Access to identify the foreground app and calculate screen-time summaries. Display-over-other-apps permission is used to show the cooldown shield. These permissions are explained during onboarding and can be revoked through Android settings.
WePause is a self-management and digital-wellbeing utility. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
