One of the worst searching features I've ever used. So frustrating to find transport leaving at the time you want and the search filters provide obtuse ranges that provide little help in finding a useful bus. The app is also generally very clunky. If i didn't have to use this app, I would personally throw it into the firey pits of hell

booked an instant confirmed transport, it says I can get it refunded and it endlessly spins in circles, web and mobile across 5 different devices. guess I won't be getting the refund which expires in 18 hours before the timescale ends. As a software engineer and innovation specialist, this is by far the worst transport platform ever created. I want the refund I'm trying to access but can't access due to your broken app you don't even know how to fix. such a simple issue to fix.

The service is great but the app is pretty buggy. Sometimes it shows not all transportation options, for example for a day I did not see any buses. Or it cannot load a page or the payment is stuck somewhere. Use the website instead it's much smoother and more stress free.
