It's okay but the dollar card doesn't work on any platform. I have tried the dollar card for different platform and got errors on all trials. Please work on that. Secondly, try to find a way to enable customers toggle between light and dark mode respectively as to this it really important also ensure inbound and outbound transfer and related transactions

Well, they are reliable & good. So I'm rating four stars. Transaction use to delay, once it enter, it will shows pending, for almost a day or two days, which is very bad. The best is to make the transaction successful and completed immediately it entered. We are tired of this pending issues that's requesting for documentation such as source of funds, relationship btw you and sender, purpose of transaction. pls remove all these, so as to enjoy the fullest service from you. Thanks.

Withdrawn twice from my virtual card in two days still showing in progress and never gets successful. Tried from account transferring to local bank still says in progress and never goes through. I created and haven't been using it until recently and i can only say your service is poor. I tried chatting support and I was sent to a bot. Finally went through after i postted this. I guess there was a quick response to my complaint so kudos to you I updated my ratings to 4 hopefully it becomes bette
