just all around bad, for something that's supposed to save time it takes forever. Im not sure if it's only on android but just typing a unit number takes five minutes it's so slow, I've tried uninstalling and re Installing, I've tried force stopping, etc., I've tried everything short of a cleansing by a priest. I literally spent forty five minutes making 1 singular work order because of the lag is be better of using a tablet and chisel. God help us if this the future.

I'm a leasing professional and I do a lot of move in inspections for two different apartment communities. They need to figure out how to make the app faster and smoother. Every time I'm taking pictures for my inspection, somehow, when I point my camera at a wall and take the picture, the picture is of the ground and my foot from where my camera was pointing 30 seconds ago. It seems that this app has speed and syncing issues. Over all, I do like it for being able to put maintenance requests.

NOT Android friendly. The app was OK before they did this entire update/revamp. Now doing an inspection, there is so much lag, you have to wait in between pictures. The app is constantly taking pictures (without button pressed) and loads into the pic you are currently tyring to take. so you have to delete almost every other photo. Pictures come out blurry, and takes almost 2x as long to do an inspection as before. If you have several units to inspect, I would recommend finding something else.
