Yuhu Maintenance+ provides maintenance team with convenient access to all of their new and in-progress service requests, right on their mobile device. All while keeping residents informed and up-to-date about the progress of their requests.

Note: This app is intended for building Maintenance Team members, and will not work for Yuhu resident portal accounts.

Yuhu Maintenance+ also helps your team stay on top of preventative maintenance requests that are auto-generated and assigned from the Yuhu Preventative Maintenance system. Everything that you need to do to track, update and communicate is in the palm of your hand!

Offline? No problem! Yuhu Maintenance+ can manage requests offline when you don’t have an internet connection available. Using our Yuhu AutoSync capability your work will be automatically synced once your mobile device connects to cellular data or Wi-Fi.
