I'm going to give you one star until you tell me how to get this app working correctly then I'll change it it immediately wants me to log in but I haven't even got an account it doesn't say sign up

I can't even log into this app to do my required work. I've restarted my phone multiple times, deleted the app and reinstalled it, checked for updates multiple times. Thankfully my manager knows of the issue, otherwise this app would've gotten me fired.

Useless! When I opened the app it wanted me to sign in to my account but gave no option to create said account.
