I got a call and got disconnected a few seconds after I answered. I decided to call another hugger to practice since im new to it, and she was telling me she had the same problem. The app just drops the calls soon after answering. You guys need to fix that! Btw, my brother is a senior software engineer and he can probably help with the app's issue. just throwing it out there. 🙃

As a mate I have some complaints about transparency - what's the conversion rate? The amount they pay vs what we receive seems intentionally hidden. You have to use payoneer which has its own issues. When you cash out, there's no record of it available to you. They reached out to me after my first review fairly quickly which I appreciate. I don't believe every user has a bad connection every single time and I know my internet connection is excellent. Messaging is laggy & call quality sucks
