The app is like a tortoise , it is damn slow to load and sometimes the wishlist and bag items get vanished and take longer time to load and damn slow regardless of any network. anytime if you are there to purchase it is always slow so many times I left ordering just because it does not load. Have no complaints on visuals and other things yet it will be good if it is not dead slow.

App needs lot of improvements. It is very slow. Any item won't get added to cart. To place any order I have to go through website. Website keeps logging me out. Everytime have to get otp to login. Now it's not even letting me login saying too many otps requested. Please improve the app performance!!

you have to buy a product in their site that's it.delivery will be available but pickup for return is not available at same location.they simply cheat customers with sending damaged products wantledly for non returnable items.you have to return the item personally through speed post/courier.go to buy in stores they simply show their attitude towards customers without minimum respect they will treat people like they came for timepass.and too much time taking for recolor the tarnished products.
