About this app

Kyneto is the official app for your gym members. Designed in Colombia for independent gyms that value close relationships with their members, Kyneto replaces paperwork, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp reminders with a modern mobile experience.

FOR MEMBERS

• QR CHECK-IN — Simply go to your gym's kiosk, scan the code, and your attendance will be recorded. No lines, no paper signatures.

• YOUR PLAN, YOUR STREAK, YOUR PROGRESS — View your membership status, remaining days, attendance streak, and weekly progress.

• CLASSES AND RESERVATIONS — Explore the gym's class schedule, reserve your spot, and join the waitlist when it's full. You'll receive a notification when a space opens up.

• PARTNER BENEFITS — Discover the discounts your gym has negotiated with its partner brands: restaurants, juice bars, physiotherapy, and more. Generate your redemption code in seconds and show it to the brand to activate your benefit.

• HASSLE-FREE PAYMENTS — Upload your payment receipt directly from the app and receive confirmation once the gym validates it.

• INTEGRATED HEALTH — Connect Health Connect to see your steps and active energy alongside your gym activity. Your check-ins are recorded as workout sessions.

• GYM ANNOUNCEMENTS — Stay up-to-date with important announcements your gym posts for its members.

FOR THE TEAM

• TRAINERS — View your assigned clients, schedule their workouts, record measurements, and track their progress.

• ADMINISTRATORS — Manage memberships, payments, attendance, and reports from a single platform.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL

• We comply with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 on the protection of personal data.

• You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Settings → Delete my account).

• Your health data is never shared with third parties, advertisers, or insurance companies.
