Winning tickets get thrown away, because nobody checked them. LottoScan reads the printed numbers with your camera, checks every line against every draw it plays, and tells you within minutes of the draw when a ticket you are holding has won.

Free forever: enter tickets by hand without limit, have them checked against every draw, and get results and jackpot alerts. Three camera scans a month are included, and there are no ads anywhere in the app.


SCAN THE TICKET, CHECK EVERY LINE

Point the camera at a printed Powerball or Mega Millions ticket. The numbers come back on screen next to the photo you took, so you can compare them against the ticket in your hand before anything is saved. Anything the reader could not make out is flagged rather than filled in with a guess, and a scan that comes back wrong costs you nothing: a scan only counts once the ticket is saved.

Advance play is handled. A ticket bought for the next ten draws is checked against all ten, as each one is published.


TOLD WITHIN MINUTES OF THE DRAW

Your tickets are saved on your phone and matched on your phone. When a draw is published the app checks your numbers on the device and tells you what happened, including the small wins that are easy to throw away by accident. Reading a ticket sends the photo to be recognised, and it is not kept afterwards. A ticket you put in a pool is shared with that pool, which is the point of one.
