Don't even try this is the worst experience To have access for the first time you keep looping through stupid thing and never get access .and at the end it's asking for finger print to confirm even if it's not activated in the phone. Finally i managed getting access. But when you pay an invoice there is a bug during the generation of the evidence of the payment. The PDF file is never generated.

It's the worse application I ever used , I don't recommend it at all. Hopefully، bmce can create a new app as soon as possible. Ok , Firstly , I enter my correct information , but still can't sign in to my account , I find that it's pretty normal, I thought maybe I forget my password, So , I cliqued Forget password , but I didn't recieve any email , or SMS to recover my password .Secendly, I tried to call the support ( call center ) several times , but no one it's answering during 2 weeks , in different times

Can you please tell us more about the problem you faced using our application ?

The app isn't working at all, when you try to log in with your account it doesn't let you, honestly I expected better service from a bank that keeps bombarding us with ads.
