A month ago you released an update that broke the app. Your customers waited, expecting a quick fix. Instead, another update was released... and it's still broken. How can one of the biggest banks in Africa fail at something as basic as delivering a working banking app? This isn't a game or a social media app—people depend on it to access their own money. The level of incompetence and lack of quality control behind these updates is astonishing.

always waiting for you to fix the problem with the last release .... i work with the app ...now i think i must change this bank coz the time to fix this problem taking longer than I expected .....you don't read reviews and emails too ....

I've been using the app since 2019, it has been good and functional to the best. Yet, the last update got the app crashing; everytime I try to open it up it fails to load. I hope you look into this issue ASAP. Thank you!
