i think there is a problem in the notification system of the app when I receive money in my account it does not show any notifications , I checked the APP settings nothing wrong I checked the android settings nothing wrong, I think it's a bug (I am not talking about sms notifications but I am talking about bmce direct notification) please fix this problem

It's very slow to show my recent transactions, sometimes it takes up to a week without showing my last transactions. And sometimes it shows me an error and won't let me check how much I have in my account, plus it's not nicely looking and not well organized. I hope you guys work on a better version, that's what your customers need, I hope you take this seriously. I've had an account on another bank (abroad) and the app was way better and faster, that's why I'm seeing this huge difference.

My experience with Bank of Africa has been extremely disappointing, especially for customers living outside Morocco. The customer support is practically useless if you are abroad. I tried multiple times to contact them for assistance, but getting a clear response is almost impossible. Emails often go unanswered, and when you finally reach someone, they rarely provide real solutions.Overall, I would not recommend Bank of Africa to anyone who needs reliable support from outside Morocco.
