unreliable, crashes frequently, stops working , loses its user data. serious issues due to lack of testing impossible to reinstall without help from call center which is operated by a very expensive surcharge number , + calls are stretched to increase charges with useless marketing messages and menus that lead nowhere or terminate in saying you have to use the app, like a porn line 24 hours later the problem is not fixed, no reply from the assistance.

app has been working for me the last 11 months but as of today now crashes every time I open it. this is extremely frustrating as I need it to work to transfer money out of Morocco as I am leaving soon. Joke Can anyone help me? Will the app eventually start working again or do I need to get a new phone to get the app to transfer money? UPDATE: The app started working again until another update has also cut me off..I am currently abroad and have no way of viewing my balance.

in general quite good but has lots of bugs to be fixed. Right now the app doesn't even open. 2nd day still not working. will let everyone know how long it'll take to fix the bug. 10 days past, no changes.
