I love this app! It has helped me cope with stress, anxiety, and depression in a positive and healthy way. The meditations are easy to follow and the sleep stories are soothing and relaxing. The journaling prompts are insightful and the reflections are inspiring. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their mental health and well-being.

I love this app it's really helped my mental health, however recently I've had some issues. I lost my streak and couldn't get it back even though I pay for the premium. There aren't as many mood options, there used to be a bunch but now it's only 5 or 6.The daily reflection is showing tomorrows instead of today's unless I go to community tab. I still love this app however. Just needs a few fixes and updates. But I definitely recommend it!

I love this app. I especially love the daily mood where a bot replies back. It's very much like talking to a real person. I wish I could talk to it more though, like kind of have a conversation with it. I also alove the artists section where they tell their stories. Another suggestion would be adding a daily journal so we can write down about our day, feelings, and all that.
