Ratings and reviews

This app service is terrible. it has no standards. Even when I request a tuk-tuk and get a car, it doesn't mean you will. I experienced this when I requested a car, the wait time shown was 20-30 minutes, but they canceled when nearby, leaving me waiting 25 minutes for nothing. If drivers do this, it's the same as Thai taxi drivers—no rules protect consumers at all.

Doesn't work. Shows you Buy pass, even though I topped up my account with 250 bath and there's no way book a ride. It also cannot find Platinum Fashion Mall, which is hilarious.

What a terrible app, and it's quite expensive compared to a taxi with AC and no need to share the car. Not worth it.
