I'm at my wits end, this is ridiculous. I've tried contacting you guys on WhatsApp, then Instagram, then on email. I HAVE AN UNFULFILLED ORDER THAT YOU GUYS MARKED COMPLETED! GIMME MY $ BACK. this is the 2nd time such a thing happen, fortunately 1 time u guys responded, but this time it's radio silence. food is nice but service from this side is 0/10, can't get any service from you guys! I've tried to be nice but I'm done waiting. would give 0 if possible.pls contact me asap. this is appalling.

the remarks box disappeared. will change rating to 5* once reinstated. *** Edit: disappointing to learn that removal of the remarks box was a deliberate design and not a software bug.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. The remarks box has been removed as Yindii follows a surprise rescue box concept — items are randomly selected based on surplus food available each day.
As a result, we’re unable to customise orders.

why the app keep signing me out. everytime need to re-login. previously was not like this. what era alrd still dont have fingerprint login function. everytime need to key in email and pw manually. please fix this.
