Work is inconsistent, customer support is unresponsive, and job status or full listings are unclear. Payments are generally on time. Suggest fair job allocation, visible opportunities, clear updates, responsive support, and more consistent assignments to improve trust and reliability.

My confirmed shifts from 18 February to 19 March was removed on 26 February I reached the workplace but couldn't find shifts in my jobs are removed without any reason and any information. Tried calling to the attendance manager and mailed twice to the support team after 3 days still I didn't get any response from neither the support team nor the Luna-Job advisor.

this is the best part time job in UAE who the person seeking part time job it's great app i am one of the member of this app and also i have a feedback the payment method is good but its take time between 20-40 days if the company might consider this things its going be perfect thanks a lot ogram
