patientMpower Virtual healthcare app. The new patientMpower app can be used by people who are enrolled in a care program by their clinical team (NOTE: you can not register through the app).
It allows you to monitor your condition at home and take control of your health.
The app should only be used when prescribed by a medical professional and you should reach out to a medical professional before making any decisions based on the use of this application.


KEY FEATURES: - Sync with connected health devices e.g. spirometer, blood pressure monitor, pulse oximeter, weighing scales - Track medication usage and get reminders.
