Ratings and reviews

Good app, nice to have little rewards. Ordering process is mostly smooth ... Except that you can't select a default payment. It always defaults to paypal, which I don't have, so I always have to go in and change it. Submitted a ticket about this once, figured it was a bug. They fixed it, but then the problem came back a few days later. I think there are some PayPal kickbacks going on here ...

The map is hard to follow, sometimes due to that the location is not correct. Also to collect points particularly on improvement, it just goes to a page that says help, No link or instructions. It's a great app for new businesses that want people to at least try their food or products. I have been checking out places I didn't know existed

Easy to use to order. My one complaint is on the payment side. You can't edit the name of a card after adding it or set a default payment option. To avoid accidentally paying with a corporate card, it would be nice to have one card as a default unless specifically changed v. defaulting to whatever card was last used. Quick customer service when it does get messed up, but would be nice to make it harder to mess up.
