i have been using sarwa for last 3 years.. off lately the app performance has become completely pathetic, trade doesn't get load, system showing old value and majority of time application hangs. the support has been disappointing as well with introduction of the ai bot.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever experienced. Consistent lagging and unresponsiveness is making me crazy. The market is open, I have active trades and it's not opening right now. This has happened many times

I've been using this app for 3 years, until I discovered Wio, where everything is done instantly with very low fees. It just baffles me now that it takes up to 4 days for a payment to reflect in my account. It's been good, but I won't be sticking around for long.
