Near Disappointed - The app is exceptional. Inwish I could say the same about the quality of their clothes. I had to return a product because of the substandard quality but I they deduct 100 bucks!!! And you cannot raise a single return request for all the products in your order. You have to raise separate requests! Which means buying from here is literally waste of time and money!!!

I recently used the Snitch app for the first time, and it has been a frustrating experience. I placed my prepaid order on October 6th or 7th, and now it's October 21st with no delivery in sight. When I attempted to cancel the order through WhatsApp support, I received an error stating there was no order associated with my number, even though I continued to get updates about the delayed order. Very bad experience. It sounds fake. Orders are not getting delivered and showing lost. And also no facility to talk to costumer sevice. They will ignore you multiple times and don't give refund. Worst Shopping place. Only order with Cash on delivery. Phone no. Provided is also not correct. It's been almost 17 days still no refund no response.
