Very helpful. I have an anxiety disorder, and I've found this widget to be really helpful in finding a way to connect to God when I am in a bad place. I was already very happy with the Soulspace app, but in big moments of overwhelm and anxiety, choosing a soulspace meditation is too much for me. This Anxiety Panic button is a lifesaver in those moments.

This app is a wonderful idea and I've used it already. Thank you for your work in destigmatizing mental health for Christians! The only downside to that the widget often doesn't work.

Due to so many outside forces impeding my life, this app has been a God send for me. I am a mom to an adult son with autism and I use this support to help him calm down when he's having a meltdown. I also use this app to help me focus on the good in my life instead of all the chaos and craziness that comes with being a special needs mom and special education teacher.
