BIG RED FLAG, FRAUD Alert This is the third time I have downloaded, and purchased their premium membership, and got disappointed for the third time, and last time of course. Because I would not use it any more. I showed there are multiple active and online users in the same route I travel. So I requested, and texted politely to the car owners. But, not a single user either accepted, or even texted me back. Pathetic, complete scam. Please do not waste your money like I did three times.

I’ve been using the sRide app occasionally for travel and it has been really helpful. Compared to apps like Uber or other where the fare is usually above ₹500 for the same route, I can travel here for below ₹150–₹200 depending on the ride. I don’t use it for daily commuting, mostly on weekends, but whenever I need an affordable ride it works very well. The idea of carpooling is great because it saves money.

I intended to cancel my subscription prior to the renewal date; however, I found that your application does not provide a visible or accessible "Cancel Subscription" option within the user interface. This lack of transparency prevented me from exercising my right to opt-out, resulting in an automated charge I did not authorize. I sent mail to the sride support team but did not received a response. Please refund my amount.
