BIG RED FLAG, FRAUD Alert This is the third time I have downloaded, and purchased their premium membership, and got disappointed for the third time, and last time of course. Because I would not use it any more. I showed there are multiple active and online users in the same route I travel. So I requested, and texted politely to the car owners. But, not a single user either accepted, or even texted me back. Pathetic, complete scam. Please do not waste your money like I did three times.

very no user-friendly uiux and terminology "i am a rider" is ambiguous. i am looking to book a carpool but instead i posted to offer a ride and was receiving calls for it. booking a ride and offering a ride should be in seperate distinct interfaces. Also both rides get listed in same "myrides" tab. editing the addresses/time for ride is not straightforward! need to click+ button which adds rides to my rides. make offering a ride and booking a ride distinct, theme maybe. edit - take the feedback

Absolutely terrible experience with Sride. This platform charges you a membership fee just to request a ride — not even to book one. Yes, you read that right — you pay first, and still have no guarantee of getting anything. I took a one-month recurring membership and tried consistently for an entire month on a high-demand route (Powai to Goregaon). Not even once did my request get accepted. Zero conversions. Completely useless. This feels extremely misleading and borderline scammy. You’re paying
