This app is incredibly frustrating and misleading. There is absolutely nowhere in the interface to manage or cancel an upcoming auto-debit. I searched everywhere, but they make it impossible to opt out. To make matters worse, they charged my account even though I haven't used any of their services. I reached out to their support team immediately to request a refund for the unauthorized charge, but they are completely ghosting me. No reply, no resolution, just radio silence.

Sride is doing well. I’ve noticed a lot of improvement in the app. I have a suggestion — please add a search option so users can directly search by name. Also, I’m not sure on what basis you decide the fare, because it is comparatively very low compared to auto and cab fares. There is one more issue — some people book a ride with a different stop that shows a lower fare, but they board the vehicle before that stop. There should be a mechanism to request additional payment in such cases.

The experience is pretty bad. I had to cancel a ride as the rider didn't respond even after accepting the ride. Now the status is showing as Request Payment. Why should I request for payment when the rider didn't avail the ride?! Moreover, ever since then, I'm unable to accept any ride as the last trip is pending for payment! I tried to reach out to sride customer service over email but let alone resolving the issue, they didn't even acknowledge the problem.My subscription is wasted.What a scam!
