Ratings and reviews

Fraud company. They are just money collecting app with no services offered. The app forces you to set up Auto Debit pay just to use the app. The service is of no use. There is no option in the app to stop the subscription or cancel the auto pay option. They just keep stealing money in a sneaky way. It takes many days to process the payments. The app interface is buggy. Don't use this app.

I intended to cancel my subscription prior to the renewal date; however, I found that your application does not provide a visible or accessible "Cancel Subscription" option within the user interface. This lack of transparency prevented me from exercising my right to opt-out, resulting in an automated charge I did not authorize. I sent mail to the sride support team but did not received a response. Please refund my amount.

Worst ever app. I took subscription since the app doesn't even allow us to search properly. After taking subscription still the app doesn't allow to call/msg the person unless he has the subscription. How does that help? also there's no safety. I clearly searched for car rides, still guys who ride bike text and send request for pooling bikes. pathetic indecent app
