I used to love this app, but ever since a 2025 update, the app no longer works on my phone. It opens to a blank screen and hangs (the web version still works). I tried working with Customer Service but they gave up when they couldn't figure it out & ghosted me. Also, how is it possible that this app still doesn't allow you to change your home location? I tried to install in France, but then the app only appears in French, and can't verify a non-French phone number. Sad they can't figure it out.

This app makes my unplanned trips completely hassle-free! It’s incredibly reliable and easy to use. I highly recommend it to everyone who loves spontaneous travel! You can plan your trip in advance if rides are available on your preferred travel date. Typically, rides are posted a couple of days before the journey, as owners often finalize their plans at the last minute based on availability and demand/availability of co-passengers.

I used this to get from Frankfurt Airport to Kaiserslautern and it was half the price of a train. The 2026 update makes it super easy to compare buses and carpools in one view. Found a great driver (Dana!) within minutes. The app is intuitive, the 'True Blue' redesign looks slick, and it saved me a ton of money. Highly recommend if you’re trying to avoid overpriced last-minute train tickets!
