Very bad experience with this app. Even though you follow the terms and conditions, they still block your account eventually, especially if you scan receipts and ask for vouchers regularly, very disappointing. And if you ask why you were blocked, they just say the system detected something unusual . I asked for proof because I was 100% sure I did nothing wrong but got no more answers back. Don't waste your time!!!

This app is great, the money comes in really handy when needed. The only problem sometimes it says a receipt was uploaded before when it wasn't, this happen when I purchase things from a store but they are paid for differently. Also, something it says items are missing and everything is there, that's a bit frustrating. Otherwise I am happy with this app.

A few flaws. It has rejected a few receipts saying it can't read them when I re-upload, it says they are duplicates and I don't get any coins for any of them and staff say that there's nothing they can do. Now the latest version is giving me a pitch black screen under perfect lighting. Definite improvements are needed. Guys please work on this! I miss receipt Hog from which I switched over. There has to be way to review or challenge mistakenly rejected receipts, other receipt apps can do this!!!

We appreciate your feedback. Since receipt validation is automated, we don't have an option to challenge receipts, rest assured that this suggestion will be heard by the team.
Regarding the camera issue, we are now at work to resolve this as soon as possible. We will be releasing an update once we establish a fix for this. Thanks for your patience.
