Allowing me to select products, then when I got to checkout and about to pay, tells me it's out of stock. I also am unable to click on the shipping insurance box, or is the shipping insurance automatically included? I do not want to proceed with the purchase unless these questions are ans.

I installed your app and it was completely unresponsive. you have already lost a year of sales due to such problems in the past. so I have to continue calling my orders in. but first I'm going to shop around to see if your competitors have a functional ap. BTW, such incompetence leads to extinction in the animal kingdom.
