About this app

Mail Notes is a fast, simple way to email notes to yourself before the thought disappears.

Open the app, type a note, choose where it should go, and send. It is built for the quick moments: ideas, reminders, links, tasks, meeting notes, shopping thoughts, work notes, and anything else you want waiting safely in your email inbox.

Why Mail Notes works

- Send notes to your own email in one tap
- Add multiple email addresses for personal, work, ideas, or any inbox you use
- Use voice note entry when typing feels too slow
- Reuse, copy, or delete previous notes from message history
- See failed sends clearly so important notes do not quietly disappear
- Paste from your clipboard when text is ready to go
- Choose line break or send behavior for the keyboard action button
- Keep the interface clean, minimal, and distraction-free

Built for quick capture

Mail Notes is not trying to replace your email app, notes app, task manager, or calendar. It is a focused utility for one job: capture a thought and send it to the inbox where you already organize your life.

Useful for

- Emailing reminders to yourself
- Saving quick ideas
- Capturing voice notes as text
- Sending notes to a work inbox
- Keeping personal and work thoughts separate
- Creating a searchable email trail of small notes
- Moving clipboard text into your inbox quickly

Simple by design

Mail Notes keeps the main screen focused on writing and sending. Your saved email addresses stay easy to reach, history is available when needed, and settings give you useful customization without turning the app into a dashboard.

Mail Notes Pro

Upgrade to Mail Notes Pro to unlock the full experience and support continued development. Pro includes the expanded V2 experience and future premium improvements.

If you like clean utility apps that do one thing well, Mail Notes is built for you.

Send custom Subject email in 1 tap! My only complaint is there is no way to add extra notes to the message area, but being able to send a custom Subject in a single tap was my main goal. This was the only app out of 5 that i tried that provided what i wanted. i would also say the free certain is a little too limiting. l would think 2 or 3 sends per day would be reasonable... especially since you can't refund in app purchases.

Good app, and easy to use. The option to attach a picture to a note would be super helpful, and a lot of wasted space on the app. 1/2 the screen is unused. Either make the text field bigger, or make it so I don't have to scroll through email addresses. (just a standard list).

Given that Vers is close to 4yrs ago, it (app) sounds reasonably good for immediate use for sending mails to proper channels, just that it has no method of categorizing the messages being sent (i.e. option to make catchphrase on the end of messages, signatures, et al), but what do I know, it's a Reminder app..
