Ratings and reviews

Initially started out really good. Got lots of friend requests and made a lot of friends, but soon realized that the app felt more like a dating app than a place where people were serious about learning another language. Also, I was only consistently talking to two or three people despite all the friends I made. The rest just never messaged back. Spoke more english than the language I'm trying to learn. Waste of time. Ended up deleting.

I downloaded this app as well as a few others to make friends overseas and practice multiple languages, but this one is easily the worst when it comes to scammers and bots. I've never dumped so much money just to feel scammed and cheated while using a language exchange app. There's also no call or no video call function which forces the users to exchange other forms of social media if you'd like to get to know your language exchange partners more. I will be deleting the app, 0/10 experience.

The app let's you connect with people, but there is no way to filter results easily, and it only let's you go through a few people a day, after that you need to buy more coins to continue. The texting is often broken and you sometimes cannot see your or your friends messages, and can only read them in the preview box before clicking on them.
