this is to limited because the search shows me all these people and when I try to add friend it says their settings don't let me add. but why? there is no reason just asking to add friend it should ask. if they don't want to they can decline but it won't even ask in the first place. so if they have this setting why show them up in my search results?? wasting time trying to find penpals, when all of them have settings that restrict it. bad design poor programming.

I have been on this app for years. But since yesterday, there has been a 'server connection' issue and an 'internet connection' issue. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. I had uninstalled and redownload it to see if it would work again but I keep getting the same notifications for both of those issues. I cannot even log back into my account. it is really frustrating, please fix it!!

I enjoy using this app to find new people to talk to from all over, but the app is horrible. when I try to message people the words start to glitch and move. It makes typing very difficult and makes me a bit nauseous. Also, you have to click on things sooo many times before you can look at them. For example, when you try to fill out the bio information you have to press all over the screen before it lets you press the bar to type in or look at drop down items.
