Very Unprofessional Service – Money Not Credited I had a very frustrating experience with Abound. I sent money through the app, and it shows as “Delivered”, but the amount has not been credited to the recipient’s account. It has already been 3 weeks, and there has been no update, no explanation, and no support from their side. There is no proper chat support, and whenever I send an email, I only receive automated responses with no real action taken. Despite raising multiple tickets and follow

I had a very disappointing experience with Abound Money Transfer. I sent money from the US to India, and the app shows that the funds were delivered on Feb 19th. However, the recipient’s bank account was never actually credited. It's been many weeks now. I’ve sent multiple follow-ups to their support team, but there has been no timely or meaningful response. For a service that handles international money transfers, this lack of accountability and customer support is extremely concerning.

Very poor experience. My remittance was supposed to complete within 2 weeks, but it took almost 4 weeks. Customer support was frustrating—either delayed responses or generic messages saying the money was safe and the issue had been “escalated internally,” with no real updates. Edit: The transfer was finally completed after exactly one month, and only after several follow-ups from my side. I will definitely think twice before using this app again.
