Utterly disappointing app. I reached out to support via email, and they keep insisting that my verification is still incomplete. It's absolutely absurd. What else do you need from me to finalize my account verification? This app is seriously testing my patience. They focus solely on marketing while the actual service is a complete disaster, and the app is riddled with bugs.

Poor customer service. This app is becoming a scam app.. taking the customer money from account and delaying the credit to the beneficiary account. There is no customer support and no response from the agents in chat support. No voice calls support. Totally sounds like a scam app. The email is given for the support is utterly waste and no response from them after multiple attempts.

Abound is a complete scam. I transferred money, and it got stuck for months. Despite countless attempts to resolve the issue, their customer service was useless, constantly lying about the status. I had to escalate to my bank and report fraud to recover some of my funds. Yet, a large chunk of my money is still trapped in their wallet after almost 6 months, and I can’t access it. This app is unreliable, dishonest, and I strongly warn anyone to stay far away from it.
