Ratings and reviews

I've been using this app since it was Digit. this year it stopped withdrawals and keeps sending me texts of the same bank account balance from a few months ago. I have reached out, re-entered my bank info, and still the same thing. The app is updated already, automatically as of yesterday. Very unhappy with this along with the removal of the RothIRA option. I may try a few other things to reconnect my bank account that I never disconnected, but I'm also considering other apps/canceling oportun.

Saving is easy! App is not great. when I try to withdraw and I type in the numbers it leaves digits off that I can't see. when I go to save goal, I can't complete it anymore because the confirmation is below the screen and I can't scroll so I can't save any more new goals. the app used to be very easy to use and then since it switched companies it's been pretty bad. might have to think about a new one.

Great to start some sinking funds. I've used it for years and have enjoyed the "Set and Save" format. Going to start moving some bigger goals to an HYSA because I got locked out of my account today and it took all day and two calls to customer support to get them to send me a working password reset link - doesn't scream "We can be trusted with large amounts of your money" to me. On one of the calls, they said it was because my bank had been disconnected, which makes no sense.
