While sleek on the surface, the app has some really poor design choices and falls behind competition. For example, why can't I screenshot as if it's a banking app? There's zero private information there besides the need for important info you'll receive from support in which case you'd want to screenshot. Additionally, add-ons ignore the fact that you have funds and hard-redirect you to buy them which is a huge oversight.

sometimes it seems to be stuck when you try to put money through a card. also it doesn't let me put any amount, only the pre decided ones. it is annoying especially when you need a small amount. everything else is a good experience .

I keep getting texts about tap and get it, but there is no such option in the app. Also, if you top up an amount, it does not correspond with the amount updated in the balance. There is also no bundle that allows unlimited data outside of the summer season. Very frustrating app. After contacting the Facebook group Free2go on Messenger, they advised to swipe twice from left to right to get to tap and get it. 🙄
