There are outages on the app and the infrastructure doesn't seem to very stable at all. I get laggy behaviour, endpoints taking ages to respond, and I've been bombarded with multiple confirmation and error prompts when trying to book a class at my local club. Fingerprint reader is temperamental, I'm regularly logged out of sessions. The UX for the login screen needs work. Not sure which digital agency you guys got in to build this App, but you guys need to give them a GOOD telling off.

recently joined David Lloyds club, I am so gladni decided to join. facilities are high standard, the spa area is amazing, and the classes are great too. Maybe on the expensive side, but definitely worth every penny. also, when you break it down, it is not as much as you think, especially if you're going to utilise their facilities on a daily basis. I have started to locate myself at the club for work in cafe/quiet area.

There are consistent errors with the app, such as not being able to order food. Today, there were two pickleball courts available in the app that could not be booked, the link to the guest pass opened the app, but nothing appeared, and the table tennis tables don't seem to be available to book. It was suggested that the table might be under badminton, which it wasn't. For a club that charges so much, the app should be a lot better.
