Vescent is a safe and supportive space for teen girls to connect, feel seen, and build confidence—with guidance from trained college-aged female mentors.
Unlike most social platforms that focus on likes, filters, and comparison, Vescent is designed to support real mental wellness and resilience. We’re creating a new kind of online community—one rooted in care, authenticity, and belonging.

For Parents:
Today’s teens are growing up in a digital world that constantly pressures them to perform, compare, and perfect themselves. Research shows that social media can negatively affect mental health—especially for girls. Rates of anxiety, depression, and loneliness are rising, and many girls feel overwhelmed and unseen.

Vescent was built in response to that reality.

Our mentors are college-aged females studying psychology, public health, and related fields. They’re trained in evidence-based mental wellness practices and matched with teens for ongoing, supportive connection. We also work with licensed professionals to guide the tools and content we offer inside the app.

This is not therapy—but it is a powerful step toward building mental health literacy, self-esteem, and resilience.
